If you know what the Audio Book Network Partnership is then this may be of interest to you. We have given permission to the partners to post there own audio book articles here for the benefit of the community. Its a kind of free-for-all but it will be monitored to avoid duplication.

What's all this 'Adsense is Dead' talk about.

There is a lot of talk going on at the forums and blogs about 'Adsense is Dead' and we want to tell you a thing or two about what all the fuss is about. We have even being getting a lot of emails from readers about the adsense is dead review article saying that this hype is a revenue builder.

I will reserve judgment on that but I will say one thing, go read this your self and make up your own minds about what you think the author - Scott Boulch -

The author of the report says that he created 3,000 web sites, slapped AdSense on them and expected to make a huge amount of money.

He didn't say anything about doing any search engine optimization of those sites.
The speed in which the sites were created makes me think he was putting up spam sites.
He attributed his lack of revenue to people being able to bid on AdSense clicks separately from Google search clicks.

The theory is if you want search engine traffic then you need links not just throw up a load of 'Black Hat' sites in the hope you will be steam rollered with visitors

The Free Article News Website has been Indexed

This is great news because we kick started this new submission website on 4th September 2006 and got our first index on the 11th September 2006.
This will also please my fellow AU members who are looking for places to submit their own articles and announcments.
Unfortunately we have no page rank as yet but hopefully that will come with time.

The Google Adsense Thingy

Having followed the tutorial on the Interspire web site we have finally settled with a Google Adsense format we think is going to work out for us.
We had to experiment a couple of times before we got the correct formatting but we are going to stick with what we have. For now we are going to concentrate on developing the Free Article News website and see how long it takes to get indexed on Google(Tm).
