With over 6 in 10 Americans now over weight there is no shortage or choices in the dieting industry to "lose weight fast." Unfortunately most of the choices are not worth wasting your time or money on.

Instead of choosing diet pills or a crazy crash diet as your choice for losing weight fast, you will do far better with a diet that is suitable not only for short term fast weight loss but also long term health.
I do not recommend low calorie diets because they are impossible to stick with and they cause your metabolism to drop. You need to choose a diet that is easier to follow long term and that will keep your metabolism boosted.
I also do not recommend low carb diets as they are even harder to follow than low calorie diets. They never allow you to eat the foods you crave and that eventually causes you to give up on the diet. People wh
